You can reset your MyAccount password using the 'Forgotten Password' link: https://www.visionexpress.com/my-account/reset-password
Go to the log in button / icon on the top of the webpage and select sign in from the options. Then enter your email address and password. If you hve forgotten your password then follow the link to reset it. If you do not have an account you can also create one here too.
You need to be 18 or have parent or legal guardian approval.
You can do this by signing in to your account by logging in at the top of the page.
At present you can only see your online order history in your online account.
On online account can help you manage you eyecare needs including the following.
-Manage your contact lens subscription.
-Manage your appointment bookings.
-Top-up and re-order contact lenses.
-View your online order history.
