How to return or exchange an item

Sunglasses can only be returned by post and if they are as new, unmarked and have all original tags, cases and labels.

- You have up to 100 days to return any items purchased online or in store, from the date you purchased your products.
- For in store purchases: Please bring your receipt with you as this is required as proof of purchase. The product should be in the same condition as when purchased.
- For online purchases: Use the link and complete the form to return your item(s). These cannot be returned to store.
- Vision Express will exchange the glasses for a new pair or provide a refund to the same value. Alternatively, you can upgrade your glasses within the 100 day period, you simply need to pay the difference.
