Contact lens subscription terms and conditions
All elements of our contact lens subscription scheme are relate to our direct debit scheme. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion or exchanged in whole or part for cash.
All offers and appointments are subject to availability. Please find below more detailed terms and conditions for elements of the offer.
- One free advanced eye test every year including an OCT scan, dry eye and UV protection assessment.
- A free advanced eye test is available to all customers. NHS customers will be upgraded to an advanced eye test for free.
- There is no cash alternative if you are entitled to a free eye test.
- Excludes driver's eye tests, medical eye test and VDU and safety eye test.
- Free replacement lenses exclude all annual replacement lenses and hard lenses.
- Home delivery is to addresses in the UK only.
- You will be invited for a check up annually or in line with your Optician's recommendation.
- If you do not attend this contact lens check up we are unable to supply your contact lenses until we have an up to date record of your eye health.
For named subscription customers only and must be booked in advance.
Customers signed up to our subscription scheme are entitled to one annual 50% discount on a:
- Pair of glasses
- Or prescription sunglasses
- Or sunglasses.
Note:
- Offer redeemable in store only.
- Additional lens upgrades will also be reduced by 50%.
- Offer is valid in conjunction with the Grand Advantage Card no claims discount.
- Offer is not valid with any other promotion, offer, coupon, or discount, including the 10% Grand Advantage discount.
- Excludes Smart Glasses (Ray-Ban | Meta).
- Subject to availability.
- Offer may be withdrawn at any time.
